 Excited to share the news that my article related to health and wellbeing is being published in Healthcare India (April 2019 edition) magazine which has hit the stands on 1st of April, 2019. One of the best and sweetest moments of my career. Cannot thank enough to S.A.I Infinity care in Croydon for inviting me to speak about fitness and nutrition with differently abled friends. The crowd was amazingly interactive and energetic.  It was very heart touching to see their eagerness and willingness to take care of their health.
