In spite of fitness being a billion dollar industry with access to every resource, people still struggle to take care and respect themselves. The result being that health suffers. My holistic approach is about being in harmony with self whilst getting fit and healthy. It is about learning to course correct consistently to strike the right balance in every aspect of your lives.
Every individual is unique in his or her own way with regards to their overall health and hence what works for one may not work for the other. One size does not fit all is my core principle. So, based on my understanding of your health, mind and body; I structure your program with a combination of exercise, diet and training the mind. I believe in sustaining a good all-round fitness rather than quick fix. Trust is the basis of every relation and it goes a long way towards success. Being honest and open with me is a very big contributing factor towards reaching your goals. As we can then course correct as required at every step. Understanding, appreciating and then achieving those small steps is as important as the reaching the end goal to sustain in the long run.
