Likewise my theory towards diet plan, does not involve any “quick fix” or "juice diets" or deprive them of food, as I don't believe in punishing my clients. In my opinion, it does more harm in the long run than the momentary results we get to see! I believe in a holistic and well rounded approach which not only does wonders with your health but also works on our mindset.
