Start on a clean slate

Every program is based on 3 important factors – nutrition, weight training and mindset. It is important for me to understand your current situation in these 3 areas.  I have had clients who spend 2 hours in the gym without any results; hence it becomes important to understand your perspective of 

  • Where you are ?
  • What is your definition of success ?
  • Where you want to see yourself in the next 10 years ?


After consultation, the program is devised for fine tuning your lifestyle. Functional training is an integral and important part of my training, where we step down to basics to course correct every aspect of your health and habits.


Likewise my theory towards diet plan, does not involve any “quick fix” or "juice diets"  or deprive them of food, as I don't believe in punishing my clients. In my opinion, it does more harm in the long run than the momentary results we get to see! I believe in a holistic and well rounded approach which not only does wonders with your health but also works on our mindset. More importantly you enjoy the healthy diet and hence are able to sustain the regime.
